Meet the Turk. Reis.
He does more than just pass through life. He lives it. To the full.
He drinks slowly. He drinks well. He gets it from Dapper. Why? Because nothing else comes close.
If you know, you know. Do you?

The Gentleman · Bright · Botanical
Çelebi speaks fluent juniper with a light Australian accent. Assertive in a Martini, charming in a G&T. Never caught underdressed.
The Chief · Anise · Ritual
Reis is the one your grandfather approved of. Aniseed, tradition, and a rare talent for turning water cloudy — and evenings long.
The Host · Clean · Smooth
Ağa says very little and keeps every glass full. Distilled slow, cut clean — smooth enough to make silence a virtue.
Dapper began with a simple observation: the spirits we grew up around deserved better than life as a duty-free souvenir. So we built a still in the suburbs and made them properly — traditional methods, serious botanicals, zero tolerance for shortcuts. The rest is a story best told over a pour.
A gin and tonic is a simple thing. That's the point. Good gin, cold tonic, plenty of ice, and one small decision that changes everything: a ribbon of orange instead of the usual lime.
Every Turkish fridge has a bottle of vişne suyu in it. Sour cherry juice — dark, tart, a little sweet, the thing your aunty poured you when you were too young for anything else. We've simply promoted it.
Aslan sütü. Lion's milk. That's what raki becomes the moment water hits it — clear one second, cloudy-white the next — and it's the only cocktail on this list that makes itself.
